All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, seals and labels attached.
Non Returnable products
To maintain safety and integrity of our products Herbal Capsules, Tablets, Oils, Teas, Salves and other herbal formulations are not returnable.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and proof of purchase, and mail your prepaid return to the address provided to you via email along with return authorization/
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is due to our error in processing your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Paying customs duty, VAT and all other taxes are responsibility of the customer. These charges are paid directly to their respective governments and cannot be reimbursed or claimed from us.
